National Lipstick Day | Red Lips

The lipstick is a staple in nearly every womens makeup routine and is also probably the most popular item in a women’s handbag. Lipstick is so popular that it has a national day dedicated to it! National Lipstick day is celebrated annually on July 29th and although it may have been celebrated for years, in 2016 it was named by the modern day founder, Huda Kattan from Huda Beauty by an announcement from the National Day Calendar’s registrar. If you are a makeup enthusiast like me you will know who she is! On this day you can celebrate by wearing your favourite colour whether it’s a sheer neutral shade or a voluptuous bold and share posts on your social media using the hashtag #NationalLipst

Enjoy Melbourne In 3 Days

Having my sisters visit Australia has been perfect for me to get my tourist groove back on by taking them to all my favourite places that I had previously visited during my travels to Melbourne over the last few years. Needless to say my sisters also loved all the hot spots and we covered a lot within a week! Quite a few places were in the city where public transport is more accessible and others we drove to, so a car is recommended to make the most out of Melbourne. Melbourne is beautiful and I’m not sure why many travellers do not spend as much time here, from my experience. A good couple of weeks is required to explore the vast range of beaches, mountains , gardens and city sights but you

Bellabox | Baby It's Cold Outside

It has been a very cold month and Bellabox did good with sending us the perfect goodies to keep our hair and skin in check! This month’s box was called ‘Baby its Cold outside’ and it was filled with some lovely brands and concentrated on skincare mostly. I have oily skin, but I do get dry patches around my mouth and on my nose so it was nice to try some new bits out. I’m a little late in getting out my review out but hopefully its useful to you all. All the products worked in conjunction with each other apart from the nail polish so I’ll start with that first. Nails Inc London Nail Polish Bellabox had some mishaps with shipment so we were all sent the same shade of this Nails Inc London Po

Berry Cheesecake Slice

Who else loves picking up the free magazines from their local supermarket? I do! I have collected so many recipes & tips over the last year from the Coles & Woolworths magazine that I more or less have made myself a recipe book with my favourites. The magazines help me with healthy easy meal ideas and delicious desserts and treat. The most recent stand out was this cheesecake recipe from the Coles magazine. The cheesecake looked so simple yet tasty and as I went over the recipe my husband peered over and said "please make this?". Little did he know I had already planned on treating him. The recipe is super easy, I had to share it with you all. You dont need to be a baker or even great in th

June Empties

I've been cheeky and treated my self to some new products recently so some of my other products have been neglected, hence why I haven't had an empties review for a while. However I did use up these beauts as they are part of my staple skincare & makeup routine which I like to ensure I always have on hand. I'll give guys a little run down on them and why I love them. La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL 50 SPF Ive been using this SPF for years now. It has a high SPF of 50 , it a light formula and doesn't leave my already oil prone skin looking or feeling greasy. The formula needs a good shake before using it as it does separate and thats visible at the time of use. The bottle also has a pointed poure
