I was really kindly sent The Hydrating Facial Mist Toner, Micellar Pure Cleansing Water and the Pure Balance Matte Moisturiser and excited to share my thoughts with you all on these.
Micellar Pure Cleansing Water
The Micellar water gently and efficiently dissolves and removed makeup , with the help of micelles that help capture fatty molecules on the skin, such as dirt and oil. Its soothes and purify the skin at the same time leaving it really refreshed and hydrated. It has ingredients such as Witch Hazel, Geranium, White Tea, Cucumber , Vitamin E, Aloe Vera and a blend of effective natural oils. I found that it was gentle on the skin without sensitivity or drying out the skin and as I usually wash my face after using cleansing water, I didn't want to loose the benefits of the product, so I do give my skin a second wipe with the water after washing , to reap the benefits and also remove any mascara smudges. This is also perfect to use with the face halo to remove all makeup. The fragrance is subtle and calming and you can tell there is no added extras to entice you as it just smells fresh and real.
Hydrating Facial Mist Toner
The Mist Toner helps to close pores, refresh, tone, hydrate and refine the skin. It has key ingredients such as witch hazel which reduces inflammation and soothes the skin also with Rose Water, Caldendula, Sweet Orange and Green Tea. These are great ingredients and a natural step to toning the skin preparing it for the next steps in the skin care routine. The formula is none drying and also helps prevent and reduce blemishes by absorbing away excess skin oils and helping the skin to be stripped of impurities.
You can either spray the mist on the face and let it absorb into the skin or use a cotton pad to wipe away. I like to just spray it and leave it as I am fairly confident that my cleansing prior has removed any dirt and impurities so its purely used to rehydrate and prepare my skin for applying my serum. The Mist was very gentle and hydrating, it also has a prominent lavender fragrance with notes of the other ingredients.
Pure Balance Matte Moisturiser
This matte Moisturiser is great for oily skin. Its infused with Kaolin, Macadamia, Aloe Vera, Chamomile, Cocoa and Gotu Kola Extract. The moisturiser hydrates the skin whilst also controlling any excess oil. It will help maintain healthy looking skin by hydrating, nourishing and preventing the pores from clogging.
I really enjoyed using the moisturiser and it was probably my fave of the three. It smells like creamy, rich but subtle chocolate mousse ( whose going to say no to that!?) and is also rich and creamy in texture with no greasy oily residue at all. It takes a little effort to massage the product into the skin but thats not a bad thing, as you can massage and circulate blood flow at the same time. I did experience a slight tingle sensation which only last a few seconds. The moisturiser leaves a matte finish on the skin without any dryness. Ive used similar products to help me achieve a matte base in the past but they haven't worked as well as this moisturiser.
I do have to note that once the moisturiser has sunk into the skin, if you over rub , it will pile into balls. So just massage into the skin until its sunk in and let it settle before applying anything else on top. My skin did look more matte for longer during the day which all in all made my makeup last longer and skin look healthier.
These three have been a great combo to use in conjunction with each other in both my day & night time routine. Using the right products with key ingredients is really beneficial to skin care and its great that Blessed by Nature is all natural and organic so you know you are being kind to your skin. I do personally like to incorporate natural based and science based skincare into my routine depending on how my skin is feeling and incorporating both to have a balance to look after my skin. These are going to be really handy in the summer to help hydrate my skin, control oils and prevent any breakouts.
