My October Birchbox

October 30, 2016

This months Birchbox was tailored to each subscribers astrological elements. I am born in January so my box was themed EARTH. I received a green glow in the dark box ( the stars glow) and also ANOTHER drawer styled box ( Thanks Birchbox).  I had many great products this month which Im excited to review. Its also a sad month for me, as this will be my last Birchbox to review! Some of you may know that I will be moving abroad in a few months, so I made the ultimate decision to stop my subscription this month. :-(  So I'm pretty glad my last box was a goodun!

Lord & Berry Matte Crayon Lipstick in Intimacy

I actually already have this lip crayon! Ha! Its a perfect mauve shade for me and also a really nice creamy matte texture which lasts most of the day. Its not drying and also doesn't look dry or crumbly through out the day.

Rituals Sakura Magic Touch Body Cream

I LOVE Rituals products and this cream is just so lush. Its smells amazing and is a light creamy texture. A little goes a long way and is really moisturising and the smell of the product lingers on your skin for ages. The sample size was generous which I was super pleased about.

Doux Me Pure Spring Mist

The mineral rich thermal spray has a generous spritz so you don't need to go crazy with the application. Its very hydrating and refreshening and makes application of any product after  its use easier. Also another great sized samples which is great for travelling with.

Whish Renewing Mud Mask

I love a good mud mask as it works great with my oily combinational skin. This mask is packed with fruit enzymes to exfoliate and brighten. The product is also quite thin so you only need a thin layer of it. You cant / shouldn't use it for more than 2 mins on the face, as you do feel the heat sensation. However I didn't really notice a smooth fresh finish like I do with other mud masks that I use.

Number 4 Fluoro5 Elixer Restore and Repair

I LOVED this really lightweight oil, which felt almost like a glossy liquid. I mainly concentrated on using this on the ends of my hair whilst wet and avoided the roots. I usually let my hair dry naturally  and even with that my hair felt much softer and sleeker. As this products is really light weight I found that it wasn't too overpowering to use on dry hair either to add some shine and glossiness. Amazing stuff and definitely worth purchasing.

Birchbox Eyebrow Brush

Not a very expensive brush was defiantly does the job, so not complaining! The eyebrow bristle are stiff enough to comb my eyebrows and the eye lash separator is super useful. I was actually thinking about purchasing one of these , so this came at a great time!

I am very happy that my last Birchbox ( wouldn't say ‘ever’) was filled with samples that I really enjoyed using and would potentially be interested in purchasing! Although I will not be subscribing anymore and will really miss my monthly discovery of new products, my referral link is still live!

If you would like to subscribe ( 3 monthly, 6 monthly or yearly - these 3 options give you free boxes in bulk purchase, or even on a monthly basis if you dont want to commit) use my referral link and get yourself £5 worth of birchbox points to spend at their beauty shop!

Thank you so much for ready all my reviews and I hope they have been helpful!
