My July Birchbox

This box design has got to be favourite by far! The pinky purples and Rose gold embossed details are so pretty and right up my alley! This box is a collab with Millie Mackintosh who is a Style Icon and beauty inspiration and was the perfect match for the 'Never Ending Summer' inspired box. This July Birchbox also teamed up with Love of Colour to collaborate the special Bohemian Rose Ultra Gloss Lip pencil which was picked and named by Millie. Every subscriber received this Lip pencil.

My items all seems to be perfectly coordinated to match the box theme and is super cute with the pinks, purples and greys! Love <3

Frizz Ease Forever Smooth Anti Frizz Primer

We got to choose between 2 full size Frizz Ease products and I'm pretty sure I didn't choose this! I don't really get frizzy hair but I totally under stand the concept of this 'primer'. It works to realign the structure of the hair to fight frizz from the inside out. I used this product on wet hair and let my hair dry naturally. You also only needed one pump of product in the hair so the product will last a while overall. The product also smells sweet. Although I dont get frizzy hair, its great for the humid weather and has made my hair smoother and more manageable when styling. Its also protect against heat, which is a bonus.

Elemis Hydra Nourish Night Cream

I am loving this night cream and definitely considering purchasing at some point. Firstly I love the fragrance of the product, Its uplifting and refreshing. I have noticed a change slightly in my skin , it being more hydrated and plump. This night cream is said to work its magic during the night with its hyaluronic acid repairing moister loss, geranium and ylang ylang working together to bring harmony and balance to the skin, to give you rejuvenated skin in the morning. I'm really impressed with this night cream that I'm also going to look into the day cream as my moisteriser is nearly finished!

Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask

I love these types of mask! Obviously very different to the the traditional drying masks which work to remove impurities. This sheet mask is a great way to hydrate and exfoliate slowly with the hyaluronic acid. Its literally a layer of serum on a sheet which I covered my face with for 15 mins. The mask wasn't so gloopy but the mask was a tad bit too big, causing wrinkles. None the less I had a much brighter and smoother complexion the morning after using the mask. This will be a definite addition to my skin care routine.

Nails Inc Nail Varnish in shade Kings Road

This purply metallic shade is quite pretty. Its not a typical shade I would purchase, but this small sample is great to try out. The brush is small which makes applying hassle free with presicion. The formula is quite light so is prone to chipping.

LOC Ultra Gloss Lip Pencil in Bohemian Rose

This lip gloss has been marketed as a universal shade that will suit everyone, but I do beg to differ. I have olive tanned skin and this is way too cool toned for me! The pink is a tab bit too light and doesn't suit my skin tone. I can say that the gloss is very moisterising and is also long lasting. This would look great on lighter skinned girls.

I quite enjoyed this months box except for the lipgloss, (which I will most likely find another way to wear). There were great products and I most likely will purchase a few to add to my skin care routine. Thank you Birchbox!
